The Apostolic Council of Bishops (ACB) is a Christ-centered fellowship of bishops and Christian leaders committed to strengthening the Church, equipping ministers, and advancing the Kingdom of God through biblical truth, spiritual integrity, and servant leadership.

Founded on the authority of the Holy Scriptures, the Apostolic Council of Bishops exists to promote unity among church leaders, encourage sound doctrine, and support the growth of healthy, Spirit-filled ministries. We believe that when leaders are equipped and united, the Church is strengthened and communities are transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our ministry is dedicated to raising and mentoring leaders, providing biblical training, fostering fellowship among ministers, and encouraging excellence in Christian leadership. Through conferences, leadership development, ordinations, consecrations, ministry networking, and outreach initiatives, we seek to empower men and women of God to fulfill the Great Commission with wisdom, integrity, and compassion.

As an apostolic fellowship, we are committed to building relationships across churches and denominations while remaining faithful to the Word of God. MEET ARCHBISHOP PROF X.S. RONO

Archbishop Xolani Sidney Rono

Founder & President, Apostolic Council of Bishops

Archbishop Professor Xolani Sidney Rono is the Founder and President of the Apostolic Council of Bishops, Christ for All Nations – South Africa, Living Word Bible Seminary – School of Ministry & Theology, and the Global Christian Fellowship Ministers Network.

He is a respected theologian, evangelist, revivalist, educator, mentor, spiritual father, and international conference speaker who has faithfully served the Body of Christ for more than three decades. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1992 through the Assemblies of God Movement. On 18 June1994, he devoted his life to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ through South Africa and beyond, leading revival campaigns, equipping Christian leaders, strengthening churches, and advancing the Kingdom of God through biblical teaching, evangelism, and servant leadership.

His commitment to lifelong learning and ministerial excellence is reflected in his theological and ministerial training. He has earned Certificates in Ministry, Certificate of Competency from African Leadership International, a Diploma in Discipleship, a Diploma in Biblical Studies, an Associate Degree in Ministry, Bachelor's Degree in Theology, a Master of Ministry from Great Commission Bible College (USA), a Master Series Certificate from World Bible School (USA), and an Honorary Doctorate of Christian Evangelism from Global Bible College, School of Apologetics & Theology (SA). He was also honored by Global Bible College, School of Apologetics & Theology (SA), with the distinguished title of Professor of Theology and Evangelism, in recognition of his dedication to Christian ministry, Biblical scholarship, evangelism, theological and the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Through his ministries, Archbishop Professor Rono provides apostolic oversight, theological education, ministerial training, leadership development, mentorship, and spiritual covering to pastors, bishops, apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers, and Christian leaders across South Africa and beyond. He also collaborates with Christian ministries, theological institutions, leadership networks, and faith-based organizations in South Africa and the United States of America, advancing biblical education, leadership development, missions, and the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

His ministry is founded on biblical truth, servant leadership, integrity, excellence, and a passion for raising biblically grounded, Spirit-filled leaders. Guided by the vision, "Building the Church.
